Facial ageing is a combination of wrinkling, sagging of deep tissues and loss of facial contour. The neck is often overlooked and I have had many patients grateful about getting the most natural looking results because of attention to detail, says Dr Randle.

He uses a combination of brow lift, blepharoplasty, high SMAS facelift, platysmaplasty, and ancillary procedures such as fat transfer to give the most outstanding results.

Most patients can be back out in the public eye between two to three weeks after surgery.

Dr Randle is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of surgeons, a member of the Australian Society of Plastic surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and is board certified in the United States. For the last 11 years he has worked as a consultant plastic surgeon in Los Angeles and Atlanta. He has returned to his home city of Perth to raise his family.
