Dr Randle has performed many reconstructive surgeries in the past. Dr Randle’s repertoire includes craniofacial surgery, cleft lip and palate surgery, trauma surgery, breast reconstruction and microsurgery. Although Dr Randle no longer concentrates on these areas, his experience complements his main focus on aesthetic surgery.
Most cosmetic surgical procedures can be done as an outpatient. That means patients can go home on the same day. Some procedures such as facelifts, abdominoplasty and breast reduction may require an overnight stay. Surgeries are performed under general anaesthesia, twilight anaesthesia (patient is under sedation and local anaesthesia is used) or totally under local anaesthesia. Patients usually elect to undergo operations such as breast augmentation under general anaesthesia whereas upper eyelid surgery can be performed under local anaesthesia.

What is Dr. Randle's cancellation & rescheduling policy?
All new and existing patients are required to pay Dr Randles consult fee upfront to secure their consult with Dr Randle. A cooling off period of seven days between a patient paying Dr Randles consult fee applies. Once the cooling-off period has passed, the consultation becomes non-refundable. A minimum of two weeks’ notice is necessary to re-schedule your consult. Failure to give two weeks’ notice will result in patients being required to pay Dr Randles consult fee again in order to book a consultation.
